Appointment Arrival
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to complete paperwork and unwind before your service.

Booking Confirmation & Deposits

Couples Massage –This treatment is offered at the same time and in the same massage room. Therefore, it requires two therapists available.
Please contact us as soon as possible (ph. 07 3844 4463 – 9:30am to 5pm) SMS 0451834463 or (email: bookings@miracleworkers.com.au) to confirm the availability of the second therapist and finalise your booking.
1.MW reserves the right to change the booking to accommodate two available therapists at the same date and time for the requested treatment. We will always try to find a date and time closest to the original request.
2. MW reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of no availability of the second therapist.
Once the booking is arranged, you will be properly informed via Phone, SMS, and email. Please make sure your contact details are correct upon finalising your reservation (s) with us.

To secure your spot, a deposit is required during booking. The deposit is deducted from your final payment.$45 AUD (30/45/60 minutes), $50 AUD (90 minutes), $90 AUD (120 minutes). You’ll receive a reminder via text or email 24 hours before your appointment to confirm or make changes.

Missed Appointments
Respect for each other’s time is important. Missed appointments incur fees: $45 AUD (30/45/60 minutes), $50 AUD (90 minutes), $90 AUD (120 minutes). Future bookings will need pre-payment.

Late Arrival
Notify us if you’ll be late. Late arrival may shorten your treatment, but we’ll try to accommodate.

Cancellations & Reschedules
Cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior by calling (07) 3844 4463. Late cancellations may incur a fee. Every effort will be made to re-fill the canceled or rescheduled appointment to avoid a fee altogether. This allows us enough time to fill the appointment so that another client may benefit by receiving a treatment, from your therapist.

Refunds
Refunds are case-specific, decided by Miracle Workers. All processed on weekday.

Gift Vouchers
Use vouchers before the expiry date. Longer services or consecutive bookings require voucher numbers. Expired vouchers can’t be refunded or exchanged for cash.

Pregnancy Massage
Massages are generally safe for pregnant women. However, we wait until after the first trimester (13 weeks) for your safety.

Post Vaccination Protocol
Wait two weeks after vaccination before treatments for your well-being.

Inappropriate Conduct
Respectful behaviour is expected. Inappropriate conduct leads to session termination and full payment.

Mobile Phones & Media
Kindly turn off phones and refrain from photography or recording during your visit.

Therapist Cancellation
If we must cancel, choose between price reduction or extended treatment at your next visit.
