Miracle Workers Massage & Holistic Therapies is committed to providing a safe, professional and therapeutic service experience for each client. Miracle Workers also strives to provide respectful and equitable working conditions for our practitioners.
We always do our best to be present & prepared for you from the moment you arrive, and in return, we ask that you keep your commitment and show up for your appointment on time.
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your confirmed appointment time. This allows time for you to fill out any required paperwork and to relax & prepare for your service.
The policies outlined below, have been adopted to ensure that the professionalism and ethics of our clinic are respected, and to ensure that your scheduled service is a stress-free and relaxing experience.

As a Crystal/Theta Healer and Reiki Master, Thais/Miracle Workers does not provide medical advice, prescribe medical treatment or prescription, or guarantee any results or outcomes. It is always recommended to consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making any health decision.
CONFIRMATION OF YOUR APPOINTMENT
When making the booking we request a $30 deposit per client to secure your booking. The amount will be deducted of the final payment. Payments can be done via Bank Transfer or Credit card over the phone.You will receive an appointment reminder message via text or email, more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment asking you to confirm that you will make your appointment.
This is also an opportunity for you to let us know, whether you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
We request that you respond to the reminder message in a timely manner, to assist us with managing our schedule.
We respect that your time is valuable and appreciate that you understand ours is too.
Missed appointments exclude others from receiving treatment and loss of income for the therapist.
A missed appointment, therefore, will incur a $30 AUD therapist fee. Pre-payment for any future appointments will be required in order to secure your booking.
If a client misses their appointment and has booked using a gift voucher, the voucher will be cancelled immediately.
Life can be unpredictable and personal circumstances can often change at short notice.
Late arrival to your appointment may result in a shortened treatment.
If the schedule allows it, we will offer 15 minutes late arrival and you may still receive the full treatment time.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notification by calling the clinic on (07) 3844 4463 and advising one of our friendly staff members or by leaving a voice or text message with your name & appointment details.
This allows us enough time to fill the appointment so that another client may benefit by receiving a treatment, from your therapist.
Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will be subject to a fee if the appointment cannot be filled.
No refunds will be given for deposits, prepayments or gift vouchers if cancellation or rescheduling request is received less than four hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Miracle Workers reserves the right to charge a therapist fee of $30 AUD if less than four hours notice of cancellation/rescheduling is given.
Every effort will be made to re-fill the cancelled or rescheduled appointment to avoid a fee altogether.
Miracle Workers reserves the right to make the final decision for refund requests, which will be considered on a case by case basis.
Gift vouchers must be redeemed on or before the date stated on the voucher.
Gift vouchers must be surrendered upon redemption.
When using gift vouchers to book a service longer than 30 mins, or for back-to-back bookings, gift voucher number/s will be required in order to secure your appointment.
If the treatment exceeds the gift voucher amount, the balance must be paid by other payment methods.
Miracle Workers does not accept responsibility for defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen gift vouchers and will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
Miracle Workers reserves the right to verify the identity of the bearer.
Expired gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be refunded or credited.
Massage is generally considered safe for most pregnant women. However, the safety of massages in the first three months of pregnancy has often been an area of controversy.
Due to this, Miracle Workers reserves the right to refuse massage treatments to pregnant women, until after the first three months of pregnancy (from 13 weeks onward).
The client understands that any illicit, sexual or aggressive remarks, advances or gestures will not be tolerated and will result in the immediate termination of the session.
The client will be liable for full payment of the scheduled appointment.
These policies have been adopted to ensure that the professionalism and ethics of our clinic are respected, and to ensure your scheduled service is a stress-free and relaxing experience we kindly request that every client turn off your mobile phone prior your treatment please and in extremely cases put it on silence mode.
The customer is not allowed to take pictures, record nor make videos of the premises, therapists, employees, products or anything in general while at the shop.
In the unlikely event that it becomes necessary for us to cancel your scheduled treatment, you will be offered the choice of a price reduction or increased treatment time at your next appointment.
